Indian food to many Singaporeans typically means a few dishes — Prata, Briyani, Butter Chicken and the like. But it’s so much richer and diverse than that and the swanky new Firangi Superstar is here to shake up those preconceived notions.
I’m not usually one to put restaurants on blast — I’d give constructive feedback and will leave satisfied if they’re receptive. However, Santi’s Pizza was an extreme outlier in that regard and my frustration has to be channelled somewhere.
